Public Defender Board Reimbursements
Board Reimbursement Policy
Effective 8/1/16, it is the Board's policy to pay per diem in the amount of $156 per day to each member who submits a request after each meeting or each day spent on Board business. It is the Board's policy to reimburse Board members at allowable state rates (per PPM 49 - travel rules and regulations) for meals, lodging, and miscellaneous charges in association with the cost of attending meetings (parkings, tips, tolls, etc).
