During the 2009 legislative session Governor Jindal signed Act 12 which provides additional accountability and transparency for Louisiana’s regulatory boards and commissions. The act directs the Commissioner of Administration to “establish and maintain a website to post the information designated” by the act.

The Division has developed an online system for boards and commission to enter the information required by Act 12. Information is provided on each regulatory boards and commissions’ statutory authorization, contact information, member information, employee information, financial and budget information and the rules, regulations and procedures of the board. Meeting notices and minutes will also be posted as they become available throughout the year.

Most boards and commissions do not submit budgets to the Division of Administration. The budget information posted here is supplied by each board.
