Board Reimbursement Policy
ยง2404. Board meetings; quorum; officers; compensation
Each board or committee member shall be entitled to a per diem of one hundred fifty dollars for attendance at board meetings or other official board approved business or activities, plus reimbursement of actual expenses reasonably necessary for attending board or committee meetings or for representing the board or participating in an official board approved activity.
