| Notes | Board membership has not been seated at this time. 11/07/16 Advisory Board Meetings scheduled for 3/25/20, 6/03/20, 9/23-24/20 and 12/09/20 were cancelled due to COVID-19. In accordance with the provisions of LAC 22:4105 (H), Priorities Committee meetings were held. All items scheduled for consideration were approved and will be presented for ratification by the full Commission at the next scheduled (in person) meeting. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, no Advisory Board meetings were held during FY 2020-2021. All items (allocations, applications, etc.) scheduled for consideration by the full Commission were approved by the Priorities Committee in accordance with the provisions authorized by LAC 22:4105(H). |
