| Notes | NOTE 1:FY11 - Ending Fund Balance/Net Assets FY11 shows a surplus of $60,171. This is due to an uncollectible authority to draw $80,000 from the Department of Education. In reality, this should reflect a $19,829 deficit that was filled by admin funds from the Office of Cultural Development. NOTE 2: FY15 - With regard to CODOFIL board members: Amendment 3 to SFAHB1013 MILLERA 5074 under "membership; appointment; terms; vacancies; compensation" stipulates that three (and no longer four) members be appointed by the Louisiana Section of the Assemblee des Parlementaires Francophones; and that one (and no longer two) member is appointed by the American Association of Teachers of French, Louisiana Chapter; and therefore one member will be appointed by the African-American Museum of St. Martinville and one member will be appointed by CREOLE, Inc. |
