The board's expenditures for professional services in the area of website development will be high due to the ongoing improvement of the licensing management system and updating the website to meet the ADA requirements set forth by PPM No. 74. Legal fees are higher than past years due to the maximum fee schedule for legal fees increasing and the number of valid complaints pursued. |
