The April 14, 2020 TPC & RPC Meetings will be held virtually in accordance with Section 4 of Proclamation 30 JBE 2020 and subsequent Section 4 of Proclamation 41 JBE 2020, and in consideration of the safety and well-being of the Boards’ members, staff, and communities directly impacted by the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the Boards’ April meetings will convene remotely. The January 14, 2020 TPC & RPC Meetings were cancelled due multiple Parish inaugurations causing a lack of quorum. The February 9, 2018 TPC & RPC Meetings were cancelled due to Mardi Gras Holiday. The November 8, 2016 meeting has been rescheduled for November 15, 2016 due to Election Day being November 8, 2016. The February 9, 2016 meeting is cancelled due to Mardi Gras. The April 14, 2015 TCP & RPC Meetings were cancelled due to severe weather. The November 11, 2014 meeting will be moved to November 18, 2014 due to Veterans Day. The September 11, 2012 TCP & RPC Meetings were canceled due to Hurricane Issac. |
