Purpose/Function The advisory council shall provide information and advice regarding the development and operation of the electronic monitoring system, including but not limited to the following: which controlled substances and drugs of concern should be monitored, methodology to be used for analysis and interpretation of prescription monitoring information, design and implementation of a program evaluation component and design and implementation of educational programs.
