| Notes | GASB 60 We budget Golf Operations on a gross revenue and expense basis, whereas GASB 60 requires reporting only the net income or loss in our audited financial statements. We implemented GASB 60 in FY17 when the Park entered into a Service Concession Arrangement with the Bayou District Foundation for the operation of our golf assets. Grossing up the activity had no effect on net position or change in net position. The members length of service column under the Members Tab shows years of service as of 6/30/2023. New Orleans City Park Improvement Association entered into a CEA with City Park Conservancy (501c3) to manage the daily operations of City Park. All employees are now employees of City Park Conservancy. New Orleans City Park Improvement Association holds the physical assets of the Park and collects certain lease agreement payments and governmental dedicated funding. these funds are then moved to City Park Conservancy for management of City Park. |
