| Notes | GASB 60 We budget Golf Operations on a gross revenue and expense basis, whereas GASB 60 requires reporting only the net income or loss in our audited financial statements. Amounts included on a budgetary basis for both revenue and expenditures was $4,782,000 and $4,521,000 for the FY22. We implemented GASB 60 in FY17 when the Park entered into a Service Concession Arrangement with the Bayou District Foundation for the operation of our golf assets. Grossing up the activity had no effect on net position or change in net position. The members length of service column under the Members Tab shows years of service as of 12/31/2022. |
