In addition, in Act 762 of 1986 the State has asked the Commission to police the Huey P. Long Bridge across the Mississippi River. |

| Notes | With respect to the Budget reporting section, because the GNOEC's fiscal year is November 1 - October 31, it does not have projected budget data for 2023 to report at this time. The FY 2022 budget was approved by the Commission in its August 2022 meeting and then provided to the Legislative Fiscal Office for submission to the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget for its approval on October 20, 2022. In its meeting on December 14, 2011, the Commission agreed to change its monthly meetings from the first Tuesday of each month to the first Wednesday of each month beginning in January 2012. The October meeting minutes will not be updated until November. The minutes are approved in the November meeting. |
