| Notes | 1/25/22 The Board is active and meeting pursuant to statute. =========================== 2/9/21: A quorum of the Board met on 1/6/21. The Board has been dormant since 2015. The purpose of the meeting was for the Board to become compliant with state reporting requirements. ========================= 5/8/17: Per Mr. Ira Middleberg, Mr. Richard Sherburne is no longer employed with his law firm. Mr. Sherburne was handling database updates on behalf of the Board. In addition, the chairman has resigned and one member has passed away. Mr. Middleberg is working with Sen. Heitmeier to investigate the possibility of the Governor appointing new members so the Board can proceed with its business. ========================================= As of October 27, 2015 the Board is short one member, due to the death of Judge Richard Garvey in October 2015. |
