| Notes | On or about Dec. 9, 2021, the report required by House Resolution No.148 of 2021 Regular Legislative Session was submitted to the Legislature and the Legislative Research Library. On March 16, 2021, a report of the activities of the Commission relative to its mandates in Act 354 of the 2018 Regular Legislative Session was forwarded to the Legislature and Commission Members. The Public Meeting notice for the May 13,2021,meeting inadvertently had May 13, 2020. The meeting was held on May 13,2021. All other notices sent out had the correct date. The September 14, 2021 Meeting was adjourned due to a lack of a quorum, since only eight members were present. Some board members/designees had travel difficulties due to adverse circumstances in South Louisiana in the aftermath of Hurricanes Ida and Nicholas. |
