| Notes | March 25, 2020 - Meeting cancelled due to COVID-19. On March 23, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., an emergency meeting of the Priorities Committee was held in accordance with the provisions of LAC 22:4105 (H). All items scheduled for consideration were approved and will be presented at the next scheduled (in person) meeting for ratification by the full Commission. June 3, 2020 - Meeting cancelled due to COVID-19. On June 3, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., an emergency meeting of the Priorities Committee was held in accordance with the provisions of LAC 22:4105 (H). All items scheduled for consideration were approved and will be presented at the next scheduled (in person) meeting for ratification by the full Commission. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, no Advisory Board meetings were held during FY 2020-2021. All items (allocations, applications, etc.) scheduled for consideration by the full Commission were approved by the Priorities Committee in accordance with the provisions authorized by LAC 22:4105(H). |
