| Notes | Budgets do not include compensated absences expense or OPEB expense. That is calculated by CPA when preparing financial statements. Salaries increased with the hire of a 5th employee. The numbers listed under Performance for licenses, certificates, etc. issued and renewed were derived using meeting minutes, workflow reports and payment transaction reports. A review of complaints received and closed in FY 23-24 required an update to the number of files pending at the start of the fiscal year. The board's expenditures for professional services have increased due to the development of a new licensing platform. Legal fees are higher than past years due to the maximum fee schedule for legal fees increasing and the work counsel has spent on rules promulgation. |
