| Notes | To Whom It May Concern: Please be advised that the budget information submitted as part of the report for the LPC Board includes revenue and expenses associated with PLPCs, LPCs, PLMFTs and LMFTs. The Marriage and Family Therapy Advisory Committee's (MFTAC) budget is part of the LPC Board budget. The Board Member travel expenses reported herein are reflective of all Board Members as the members of the MFTAC are also full, voting members of the LPC Board.
