| Notes | As a result of legislation passed in 2018, Act 570, Regular Session,the Atchafalaya Basin Program has been transferred from DNR to the CPRA. That Act repealed statutes 30:2000.1-2000.12, see page 13, lines 17-18 of the Act. The Atchafalaya Technical Advisory Group was re-established in the Act, see page 10, lines 11, et seq. However, the Atchafalaya Basin Research and Promotion Board was not similarly re-established. It will no longer exist as a board for this database's purposes. As a result of the re-establishment of the Atchafalaya Technical Advisory Group, changes to membership, as well as changes of appointment in statute the CPRA Board is currently in process. |
