Written orders for quasi-state agencies and political subdivisions, such as local and parish government agencies, shall not be approved by OTS. The Contractor shall accept orders directly from these agencies. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify type of agency. The orders from the quasi-state agencies and political subdivisions can be sent to the following email address: stateoflaaccountteam@lumen.com and copy Bernard.morvant@lumen.com.
