| Notes | The Ascension-St. James Airport and Transportation meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM in the conference room at Louisiana Regional Airport: 6255 Airport Industrial Blvd., Gonzales, LA 70737 These meetings are open to the public to attend. A special meeting was called in September 2018. There was no meeting in November 2018. Budgets are updated prior to beginning of each Fiscal Year (July 1-June 30) and may be updated throughout of 5% change in budget. The March meeting was cancelled due to the stay at home order by the governor on March 23, 2020 Budget for EY 20-21 will be discussed at upcoming board meetings |
