Effective February 1, 2021, this contract will allow HON's NOW Next Lane program for faster delivery times -- ten (10) days for Next Lane per Modification #1 of Region 4 Education Service Center's Master Agreement with The Hon Company, LLC made available through OMNIA Partners.

This is a statewide contract for HON brand office furniture, installation, and related services in accordance with Region 4 Education Service Center's Master Agreement # R191804 with The Hon Company, LLC, made available through OMNIA Partners. This contract shall be effective through April 30, 2023.
Products and services available through this contract include all authorized elements of Master Agreement # R191804 not herein excluded.

All orders must reference the following information:
1. Master Agreement # R191804 & State Contract # 4400019740
2. Your name, address, and contact information
3. Purchase Order amount and an itemized list of products and services
All purchase orders shall be made to The HON Company, LLC, c/o your local servicing dealer, and routed through your local servicing dealer for processing.
Staples HON orders from this contract shall be made out to Staples Contract & Commercial, LLC, and routed as follows:
1. Send HON furniture orders to FurnitureOrderProcessing@Staples.com for processing.
2. Staples has asked that you include the following language in the Subject line of your e-mail:
"CFS Quote Number XXX/ BI XXX -- State of LA"
