This is a statewide contract for National brand office furniture, installation, and related services in accordance with Region 4 Education Service Center's Master Agreement # R191811 with National Office Furniture, Inc., made available through OMNIA Partners. This contract shall be effective through April 30, 2023.
Products and services available through this contract include all authorized elements of Master Agreement # R191811 not herein excluded.

All orders must reference the following information:
1. Master Agreement # R191811 & State Contract # 4400019741
2. Your name, address, and contact information
3. Purchase Order amount and an itemized list of products and services
Purchase orders may be made to National Office Furniture, Inc., c/o the local servicing dealer, or they may be made out directly to the local servicing dealer. All purchase orders shall be routed through the local servicing dealer for processing.
Staples orders from this contract shall be made out to Staples Contract & Commercial, LLC, and routed as follows:
1. Send National Office Furniture orders to FurnitureOrderProcessing@Staples.com for processing.
2. Staples has asked that you include the following language in the Subject line of your e-mail:
"CFS Quote Number XXX/ BI XXX -- State of LA" |
