PORT OF COLUMBIA 
Sept 21 2017 MINUTES
 
The meeting was held on Sept 21st @ the columbia business center.
The meeting was called to order by Darron McGuffee. 
The following where present: Darron McGuffee, Bruce Frazier, 
Monty Adams, Jr and Greg Richardson.

Minutes and financial statement for August were presented and discussed.  
Charles Hearns made motion to accept the financial statements and the August
minutes, seconded by Monty Adams jr the motion passed.

Items discussed
	Greg Richardson dicussed need to resubmit capital outlay grant for 
        railroad spur. Motion was made by Monty Adams Jr and seconded by 
	Charles hearns to submit capital outlay grant motion passed.  

  	Greg Richardson discussed ongoing projects and attempts at 
	identifying potential renters.  Discussed Tree Farm for sale in 
	Columbia and its potential as well as need to renew lease with 
	Tom Calloway on farm land.

Motion to adjourn was made by Bruce Frazier and seconded by charles hearns
the motion passed and meeting was adjourned.
