PORT OF COLUMBIA 
Nov 16 2017 MINUTES
 
The meeting was held on Nov 16th @ the columbia business center.
The meeting was called to order by Darron McGuffee. 
The following where present: Darron McGuffee, Bruce Frazier, 
charles Hearns, Monty Adams Jr and Greg Richardson.

Minutes and financial statement for Sept & Oct were presented and discussed.  
Charles Hearns made motion to accept the financial statements and the Sept
minutes, seconded by Bruce Frazier the motion passed.  NO Minutes for OCT
meeting since meeting was canceled.

Motion was maded by Charles Hearns to retain the services of Bosch & 
Statham for the 2017 audit, seconded by bruce frazier motion passed

Items discussed

  	Greg Richardson discussed ongoing projects and attempts at 
	identifying potential renters.  we discussed treefarm, carr 
	property for sign asked monty adams jr to check into status
	rockyard and 1776 entergy as well as need to talk with calloways
	about next years lease on crop land. It was decided that the 
	december meeting will be held on Dec 19 @ the Columbian in which
	we will host the commissioners their wifes and our tenant for our
	annual christmas party.

Motion to adjourn was made by Monty Adams Jr and seconded by charles hearns
the motion passed and meeting was adjourned.
